HRP Race Cards (cards.horseracingph.com) is operated by Pacemaster Information Technology Services, a DTI-registered sole proprietorship in the Philippines. By using this site you agree to these terms.

What we sell

Digital race cards: statistics and analysis of Philippine horse races, delivered as files you can view or download. Race cards are information only. We do not accept bets, and race cards are not a guarantee of any race result.

Your account

• Keep your PIN private. You are responsible for purchases made from your account.
• Give your real mobile number so we can identify you and contact you about orders.

Payment

• Prices are shown in Philippine pesos. Pay the exact amount by GCash and send the reference number or a screenshot of your receipt.
• We release race cards after we confirm your payment. Pre-ordered cards appear once they are uploaded.
• Refund policy: all race card sales are final. No refunds after purchase.
• Race cancellation: if races are cancelled before 12:00 PM on race day, your purchase for that day is automatically transferred to the next racing day’s race card. No refunds or transfers are available for cancellations after 12:00 PM.

Prepaid Race Cards

• You can load a Prepaid balance of ₱100, ₱200 or ₱300 by GCash. A ₱300 load gives a ₱320 balance.
• The balance can only be used to buy race cards in this store. It cannot be withdrawn, converted to cash, refunded, or transferred to another account.
• The balance does not expire monthly. It expires only if you do not open this store while logged in for 90 consecutive days; any remaining balance is then forfeited.
• Race cards bought with the balance follow the same refund and cancellation rules as other purchases. If a race day is cancelled before 12 PM, the cards move to the next race day.

How long race cards are available

Purchased race cards can be viewed and downloaded in “My Race Cards” for 30 days after race day. After that the files are deleted automatically. Please download any race card you want to keep.

Use of race cards

Race cards are for your personal use. Please do not resell, repost or share them. Accounts found sharing race cards may be suspended.
